Bill Belew shares a one minute video about the best ways to quickly build your personal brand.

Bill Belew, experienced blogger and personal branding expert, shares his expertise on building a personal brand. There are many ways in which to build your personal brand, but these days the most common is through social media, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+. You may not have realized you are already building your brand through these online interactions. One of the best and often overlooked ways to build your personal brand is through a blog or website. A blog or website represents who you are, what you enjoy, and what you are knowledgeable about. As Bill explains, there is a good chance other people with similar interests may reach out to you and interact because your words and thoughts meant something to the other person. It is free and simple to build a blog. A few of the most common blogging sites are WordPress, Tumblr, or Blogger. You can start small. Set a goal of just one blog post per week. This will take 15-30 minutes but the more you do this, you will build a base of solid content, and grow from there. Your personal brand is your reputation. It is essential and inevitable for building a business, expanding your network and connecting with others.
