A leader needs to be able to understand the overall dynamics of a company including how to get things done, how people work, how to inspire others they work with to keep focused on the goals of the company. What if that person disagrees with you or the direction of the company? How do you keep them moving forward? There is no magic answer for these questions. It is only something you can learn through experience and working with a multitude of different personalities. A leaders is not born, instead he or she must learn leadership qualities along the way. This is why it is important to start gaining experience early on in your career, even before finishing school.
