- Second is compatibility. The interviewer wants to know how well you fit within the organization. It is advised to provide an example of how your values are aligned with their company values, you will be viewed as a good fit for their company culture.
- Third is competency. This is what most people focus on– demonstrating your knowledge and skills required for the position.
